Good News

We have been successful in gaining funding to provide 35 social prescribing days on our boats.  We want to say a big thank you to South Yorkshire Community Foundation and South Yorkshire and Bassetlaw Integrated Care System for this grant funding.

We are in the process of setting up the referral system and dates with regards to the same so watch this space.
